Serge Smeesters from BxLUG has just started the interlug mailing list.
It's supposed to be a tool to make communication and meeting between
LUGs easier. Only Belgian LUGers have subscribed for now but we though
you might still be interested. <http://wiki.bxlug.be/interlug>
The first task is to organize a barbecue this summer :)
BTW, the "mailinglists" link <http://www.lilux.lu/ml> on the lilux
website doesn't work.

Dear all,
Allow me this invitation from an "almost free" project: The CC Lux team will
present itself and debate CC in general at the Lx5 homebase in Hollerich
this saturday from 18h to 19h30.
More here: http://blog.luxcommons.lu
Also , FYI: The launch event that was planned for the 6th June had to be
moved to autumn 2007 for many complex and legal reasons, basically the
luxembourg padaptation of the CC 3.0 won't be ready in time.
Cheers,
Patrick Peiffer

Hi all,
Anyone heard about this:
Meet the Communites (http://www.mtc.lu/):
"Meet the Communities! is a series of events aiming to better
making known in Luxembourg and in a more general way to the Benelux
countries and Europe what is the Open Source and the projects
developed under this type of licence."
Further they say:
"Who organize this event ?
if Pragma Consult was the initiator of Meet the Communities ! it is
currently enitrely supported by and independent ASBL mais but also the
Spiral NetWork and the CRP Henri Tudor innovation platform « Free and
Open Source »."
But on the partners page there is no ASBL ?
Does someone know which ASBL is behind this ?
ciao,
pst
The RFID Guardian: a firewall for your tags
"A new tool from a graduate student at the Vrije
Universiteit in Amsterdam offers the first real-time
cloak of protection to users concerned about security,
and no hammer blows are required. The RFID Guardian is
essentially a firewall that can prevent or allow RFID
queries, and can do so on a per-tag basis. "
