https://www.facebook.com/events/200965316687668/

Dear all,
Having released the Call for Proposals [0] a little later than initially
planned, and with still 72 days [1] to go until the camp, we have
decided to extend the deadline for the CfP from May 15th until May 31st.
That means 16 additional days to think about and finalize your talk to
present or workshop to hold at haxogreen 2012!
Acceptance notification has of course also been postponed to June 8th.
Whether your favorite topic is IT-security, the hacker-community,
net-politics, homemade food or beverages, 3D manufacturing,
operating-systems, DIY-culture, coding and algorithms, or soldering and
tinkering, you can look forward to a crowd of techno-freaks that crave
your information. Browse this wiki and above all have a look at the
Memories page [2] to glimpse at 2010's edition before you head over to
our submission system [3] to enter your proposal.
We're specifically looking for and highly likely to accept anything
game-show related and entertaining.
Likewise, and since we know that you wouldn't necessarily want to buy a
pig in a poke, we've extended the early-bird phase for registration [4]
until June 22nd, so you can have a look at the schedule before
committing yourself.

HaxoGreen 2012 - the Hackers' Summercamp in Luxembourg
July 26nd till July 29th 2012, in Dudelange, Luxembourg
Call for Proposals: http://www.haxogreen.lu
T: +352 691 44 23 24
Good evening,
A couple of weeks ago, you should have received a letter (granted, it
was true old-fashioned snail-mail) enquiring whether your organisation
might be interested in entering a community partnership with syn2cat
a.s.b.l. for our bi-annual HaxoGreen Summer-camp.
As we're summing it all up this week in regard to sponsors and partners,
we'd love to hear from you in case you'd like to profit from this
occasion to present your organisation to more than 100 geeks, hackers
and ICT professionals at the end of July.
I am looking foward to reading from you.
What follows are the contents of the original letter send to your postal
addresses:
Luxembourg's hackerspace and technology community, syn2cat a.s.b.l., is
a non-profit organization established in 2008. Among many fascinating
projects, syn2cat is also responsible for the organization of the
HaxoGreen summer-camp, a 4-day outdoor event, taking place from July
26th – 29th in Dudelange, Luxembourg.
Makers, artists, hackers and innovators from all over Europe and beyond
meet to exchange knowledge, share ideas, contribute to the community and
have a good time. The organization of the summer-camp is only possible
through the generous support of sponsors and partners which help in
different ways to contribute to its success.
Understandably, reaching and getting people to participate at this event
is one of the primordial and most important tasks during its
preparation. That is why we are actively looking for partners that have
both the means of reaching a broad spectrum of people and that are
equally interested in connecting with our targeted demographic. Which is
why we are contacting you.
We would like to offer your a range of opportunities in return for your
support of our event. Allow us to pick the cherries among what we can
do for you:
* put your logo up on our event's website (at www.haxogreen.lu &
2012.haxogreen.lu)
* reserve some space at the camp-site for your stand as well as one free
entry to enable you to actively promote your organization.
On the other hand, we're still collecting proposals for talks and
workshops at the camp and would like to invite you to submit a proposal
that presents your organization or your favourite project [0].
In return, we would ask you to spread the word on HaxoGreen 2012 among
your members and contacts through any means at your disposal (such as
your website, mailing-lists, social media, newsletters, …).
We're looking forward to your prompt and hopefully positive reply.
Should you need more information than is presented, please feel free to
contact me or any of our team members. We will look into helping you out
in any way we can.

Good day,
This serves as a final call for proposals for HaxoGreen summer-camp
2012. The submission system will close on May 15th around midnight. Make
sure to submit before that happens ;)
We have worked hard to ensure media coverage in several newspapers,
radio stations, both announcing and reviewing the camp. More tents, more
music, a bookshop, several sponsors and community partners will ensure
that this year's edition of HaxoGreen will totally surpass the 2010
edition in awesomeness. You should totally not miss this opportunity.
Here for the original Call for Proposals:

Talks, workshops, live music in the evenings, geocaching, fresh food and
most of all very interesting people make this an event that is not to be
missed.
Whether you're hacking on your project, looking for new and exciting
ideas or just craving to share 3 midsummer nights outdoors, socialising
with other hackers, artists and geeks, HaxoGreen is the place to be.

around the globe.
The camp is organized by syn2cat a.s.b.l. [3], the association that

Bonjour,
Après 1 an
http://www.goall.fr
Hello,
With the APE Contern we would like to organize a security event in the
spring 2012
The idea is to actually show security treats encountered every day and
not only have a presenter talk about security.
We could demonstrate phishing, WiFi spying on public places....
This is not a Linux presentation and most of the people coming will be
Windows user.
The advantage of having LiLux co-organize the event is that we can
promote free software only by our presence and maybe by distributing
some flyers.
Who could help with ideas, and presence on the event?
Our next meeting is scheduled for the 24th of November. More details
will come later.
Best regards.
