J'aime cette idée.
Le ministère d'éducation ou/et le LNW (Lycée du Nord) veut aussi remplacer
Windows par Linux sur nos ordinateurs.
Je pense que Linux devient de plus en plus populair.

See the way MySQL solve this. This is exacty their goal also.

What about dual-licensing ?

I'll try to find some time to read it.
Maybe you should release the implementation under GPL but keep control
of the definition of the language, as Sun does regarding Java ? (They
specify what Java is but you are free to implement it the way you want).
