I doubt it. Probably, Azure Sphere OS is meant to power the Azure cloud, as
Microsoft Server is entirely unfit for purpose. Virtualised on top of
Sphere, they can run any OS that the users need. In principle, the user
doesn't even need to notice that the servers are powered by Linux. They
will only see the virtualised OS and the Azure administration GUI.
