Je dirais, c'était probablement une réaction au commentaire suivant:
[...]

that's right....
THEY are agressive and insulting....
No, "THEY" are NOT!
They specifically say "ma mesquinerie" which is self-deriding and
implies that the comment is NOT to be taken at face value !
What's more. the person who wrote those line is also the person who was
in charge of the port at Nero's, so I'd say he has a right to claim that
his "baby" is better than someone else's.
Even if YOU don't agree, which is fine by me.
YOU were aggressive and insulting, HE was NOT!
besides that, k3b has a lot more features than
nero-linux, and is
more
user-friendly.
Again, that is YOUR opinion.
It's definitely not mine, but I won't argue on that part.
i have nothing against companies who port their
software to linux,
neither if
their product is commercial.
but such comments make me angry....
That was supposed to be a JOKE!
I'll have to add this : I received the original mail on a semi-private
mailing list. I happen to have been at university with the author and
that ml is that of the ex-students of that U. The comment was a joke as
I have pointed out elsewhere and was intended to be taken as a pun by
people who knew the author.
Perhaps I might or should have edited that part when I let you guys know
about a new port and a new product.
I certainly did not expect
- agressive and insulting reactions
- the degeneration of this thread into a ridiculous "almost" flame war
- such a lack of understanding and sense of HUMOUR from people on this
list
AND.... if you want to use nero-linux...you first have
to buy
nero-windows....
excuse me?
THAT, Mister is beside the point relative to your aggressive comments;
and we have already agreed that this decision by Nero Co. is stupid, as
if someone did not want people to use the port and to somehow prove that
there is no demand for such a port.
@serge: i didn't insult anyone who wants to use
it...
No, but you did insult the person who let me/us know about the new port.
You did say that his (admittedly bad joke) comment was "stupid". And
considering he's an old friend, I did feel obliged to defend him.
