First of all, thanks to all who has answered my message as well as to those who have forwarded it to others. I have decided to build an IT-oriented CV. It is still work in progress. At this stage it is rather incomplete an chaotic. I will keep adding skills as I remember about them, then I will rearrange everything. Anyway, I believe that even in its current state, it can already provide a better overview of my IT experience (and gaps) than my other CVs. Keep your skills on the upper part of your cv and keep them short. No recruiter will read a CV more than a page. If they are interested in your skills they will do monitoring talk or email screening (or whatever they call these nowadays). Try to keep the CV in multiple columns in order to use the layout as effectively as possible. So then the recruiter can see all that is necessary at a glance.
