and bandwidth reservation on Linux.

Hello Brent,
I suspect that you want an opensource or free tool? And I guess that mrtg probably does
not fit your needings.
My old employer has one. This is using some open source product (Mysql, Apache) but of
course it is not free. But if this would help you:
The company called Infovista, and the product you would interested then is Vista Insight.

You understood me: a non-free solution is not a solution, by definition.
You didn't understood me: I'm looking for a GUI to configure trafic
shaping, QoS, bandwidth reservation (a tool to generate tc and iptables
commands, basically), not a tool to monitor a network.
I'm surprise to see that some such tools have existed, but have been
maintained until around 2006. So I guess something obviouly replaced all
those tools, but I don't find which one.

Brent,
In general, you will probably be looking for either a router management
GUI or a firewall GUI. I'm several years out of networking now, but I
think that "Master Shaper" might be what you are looking for.
http://www.mastershaper.org
If that doesn't do it, then you might want to look at some firewall GUIs
since most should be able to control the appropriate subsystems. I know
several of my colleagues swear by "Firewall Builder".
http://www.fwbuilder.org/ The only problem is that it is a full
featured firewall, so the QoS and packet shaping features are likely to
be well hidden.
If either of these work out for you, please let me know, as I'm always
on the lookout for new toys to play with :)

I found that but the last version is dated early

That's also what I'm using, but I didn't noticied
the QoS features...
