Hello
I'm looking for a little prog, that shos me network traffic like this little
monitor in W2k (Excuse for the misword). Something like an applet in KDE to
show in Panel if there is network traffic, nothing else (Sthg like xnettload,
more or less for KDE).

I think there is something called 'kmon' which monitors CPU,MEM,Net, etc. but
I'm not sure about the name ;)

Cool toy! I've been looking for something like that myself.
While we're talking about network utilities/toys, does anyone know of a
standardized network connection tool like SuSE's kinternet toolbar icon? I
know about wvdial, but I would like to have something that I can sit on my
toolbar and just click on it once to connect to the internet and once again
to disconnect (yes I am still in the stone ages with an analog modem. I'll
get broadband once the prices in Luxembourg start resembling those of the
rest of Europe).

Coditel.net has changed now from 512 to 1024 kBps for 45EUR/month (since
15th july)
