Cooperation

For purposes of organizing presentations and events, we may wish to cooperate with other assocs who might have overlapping goals:
- ISOC
- Radio-amateurs (apparently they use lots of open-source software)
- Engineering societies (ALIAI, ...)
- MCCL
- AAL (Astronomy)
