yes and no.
it is unacceptabel of a provider to just disable ports and force you to use 
their servers, without telling anybody about it.
even if they told anybody about it, it was unacceptable to me, because i don't 
want to use THEIR servers...

anyway, as i wrote before, i can confirm that coditel hasn't done so, at least 
not for me.
