A few (generic) questions

- if I only need the WLAN to connect two PCs which I can't connect to
each other otherwise, do I _need_ an AP?
- how can I secure my internal LAN ?  prevent war drivers from using my
net, my IP etc...
- is an AP necessary? is it possible to secure it or to limit access to
specific ETH adresses?
