Meseems there was some talk once upon a time about an alternative
URL which would then work in some 4.* Netscape version - may be
wrong though.
P&T promised an HTML/HTTPS version for November during the
Bureautec, but I haven't seen that one so far :-(

Apropos, can anyone confirm whether BCEE e-Banking works or not?
And all the rest, I guess :-) We need data for the website.
