Please be aware that the event is not organized by CLC but by APSI. 
Looking at their site (http://apsi.everynight.lu), you see a scrolling 
banner at the top with links to Openoffice.org, WIKIPEDIA encyclopedia, 
luxembourgish spellchecker, etc.

But by doing a lookup at www.netcraft.com I found that their site is 
running on a W2K Server with Microsoft-IIS. The netblock owner is Tele2 
Luxembourg SA.
