Basically it makes sense to offer a discussion about open source and
Microsoft, putting on the very bottom of the site informing you of it
all a nice little badge saying "Microsoft Internet Explorer" and stating
"This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 5, in 800x600 or
greater"
