Sorry, I put that wrongly here - transport_maps is not taken
into account by permit_auth_destination (which contains
$mydestination, $inet_interfaces, $virtual_maps and
$relay_domains).

... which is tedious if there's a long list there that you
need to maintain in more than one place.

Strangely, after new tests, this looks wrong again. I'll do
more testing and report.
