Je sais, je suis "ch**nt"... 

On peut _acheter_ la Mandrake chez Auchan et Excell p.ex.

J'insiste toujours pour rappeler aux gens qu'ils peuvent acheter les
distributions (s'ils en ont les moyens)
- parce que d'autres développeurs se cassent le c*** pour mettre au
point ces distributions, 
- parce que des sociétés vivent de la vente de ces distributions
(rappelons que Mandrake est au bord de l'asphyxie)
- parce que ça encourage les magasins à vendre et a (nous) fournir des
programmes libres
- parce que logiciel libre ne veut pas dire gratuit, ni anti-commercial
- parce que les sociétés éditrices de distributions (SuSe, Red Hat,
Mandrake p.ex.) ont aussi contribué à de nombreux projets libres et ont
(à mon avis) fait évoluer les choses (p.ex. rpm, apt-get (debian), Yast
et You (que certains haïssent et c'est leur droit))

c'est aussi une forme de subvention à un projet libre (la distribution,
pas forcément tous les paquets qui la composent)
