Pine was written by the *creators* of IMAP...

It still has the show-stopper bug that precludes me from even
considering recommending its use for IMAP (#230887).
Forgot to say in my previous email: The reason it doesn't list all
your folders is probably because you have "list only subscribed
folders" set or a "server mail path" (that you shouldn't have) set, in
the "advanced" section of the server properties.
