[Lilux-help] Problems with playing video files

Could you tell us which soundcard it is, or which driver it's
supposed to use? Which kernel is it?
Also, does normal sound (like .wav or mp3) work?
What about the graphics card, which one is it?
How about the agpart compiled into the kernel?

Just for completeness, which kind of mainboard (CPU,
chipset) is it (there were some incompatibilities
with SBLive cards, but those would probably have
crashed more than just 2 apps)?

Sure looks like ALSA...
