You'll find instructions there on how to set up your sources.list
so as to get gimp 2.0 packages.

[for /etc/apt/sources.list:]
deb http://mars.iti.pk.edu.pl/~jakub/dist/sarge ./

[to get it:]
apt-get update
apt-get install gimp
